20170217120456Remembering how Moses wrote down God’s laws for the people of Israel we made our own books to keep.

You will need:

  • Coloured card
  • Paper
  • Scissors
  • Ribbon / wool / string
  • Coloured pencils, pens or crayons
  • Stickers (optional)

We used half a piece of A4 card for the book cover and one sheet of A4 paper cut in half which made eight pages for the inside of the book.  If you want larger books you can use a whole piece of card and whole sheets of paper!  (Or more pages!)  Fold them all together in the middle.  With scissors cut two triangular slits for the ribbon to go through, so that you can tie all the pages together.

The children should decorate their book covers and draw pictures or write or do anything they like for the inside.
